Most of my research has investigated various aspects of stress, health, and wellness, or various topics related to career development. I have been fortunate to be able to work with a group of outstanding graduate students to complete many of the projects summarized in the list to the left. Currently I am involved in a research group developing and field-testing new approaches to demonstrating the value of career services. For a snapshot of some of the research projects, please click on the appropriate heading to the left. My approach to stress control is summarized in: Hiebert, B. (2006). Creating a resilient workplace. In R. Neault, N. Arthur, L. Edwards (Eds.). Natcon Papers 2006. Ottawa, ON: Canada Career Consortium. Available online at: NATCON.org or archived here: natcon_papers_2006_e8.pdf.
